To book a massage, the easiest way is to do so is on our online scheduling portal where you can view our most up-to-date availability.

We accept cash, card, check, and FSA/HSA benefit cards.

Yes! We currently accept insurance from Highmark BCBS, Univera, and Optum & UnitedHealthcare VA Community Care Network. 

 

We also accept FSA/HSA benefit cards as a form of payment.

If paying with..

  • Cash, check, or credit card: No referral needed.
  • No-Fault Insurance: Yes, you need a referral from a medical provider (MD, DO, or DC).

HSA/FSA Benefits Card: It depends. Some card providers require a referral from a medical provider with a diagnosis code, some don’t. It’s best to check with your card provider for their specific requirements. In all cases, we are happy to provide any necessary receipts to submit to your HSA/FSA provider.

Most health conditions are safe for massage therapy, but please let us know about any conditions in your intake form so we can tailor your treatment accordingly. 

 

If you’ve had recent surgery, you may need clearance from your doctor before your session.

We don’t currently offer same time couples or group massages. However, you’re welcome to book back-to-back sessions using our online scheduling portal!

If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can do this easily by logging into your account at fusionwny.janeapp.com

 

For cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly by phone at +1 (716) 324-1129. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

We’re located at 721 Union Road, West Seneca, NY, 14224, right under the West Seneca Dental Center. Free parking is located in the lot behind the Dental Center.

 

After you arrive, enter through the front door, go down the stairs on the left, and then walk through the door at the bottom. Our waiting room is right there– take a seat and we’ll come greet you!
